IBSS was awarded $6M in task orders with the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) to provide Enterprise IT Architecture, Design, and Cybersecurity services. Through these services, IBSS helps DoDEA and its 90,000+ users achieve the mission of delivering K-12 education to dependents of active duty military and DoD civilian families across 163 accredited schools in 8 districts located in 11 foreign countries, 7 states, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
IBSS designs and maintains DoDEA’s robust technology infrastructure through providing IT and network architecture and design services across DoDEA’s global WAN, LAN, Datacenter infrastructure, Unified Communications systems, internet access points, IT systems, and more. IBSS secures DoDEA’s global environment through providing cybersecurity services including management of endpoint security solutions, software and hardware evaluations and approvals, policy and process writing, assessment and authorization services, and vulnerability scanning. Additionally, our inside-out approach to cybersecurity enables DoDEA to build a sustainable, risk-centric foundation for implementing proactive and measurable security programs. IBSS supports DoDEA’s users and technology infrastructure through providing an effective ITIL and ISO20000 centric customer service support, Linux and Windows systems administration, web development, and technical writing services, and more.
