This certification reflects our commitment to building a positive corporate culture, providing services to our community, and being compassionate about the work we do. As a Certified B Corporation, our three main focuses are to provide benefits to our stakeholders, prioritize worker wellness, and protect the environment. In order to hold our company to a higher standard, we are required to recertify every 3 years.

Volunteer Initiatives

IBSS is passionate about giving back to the community. We regularly schedule beach and park clean ups; prepare and pass out food baskets for Thanksgiving; collect and distribute blankets, hats, scarfs, gloves, and toiletry kits for the homeless; and support a local middle school with holiday gifts, an annual trip on the bay, school supply drive, and a cybersecurity after school program.
